Full Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for the creation and management of new wellness products to benefit the employer groups and individuals. Assigned duties are implemented in a manner appropriate to the segment of the market being targeted.

Job Duties
Schedules and conducts calls with employer groups, provides ongoing consultation and conducts wellness information programs and screenings at employer sites based on customized wellness plans developed by the Health Services and Wellness Team.
Develops relationships and follows up on new client prospects to increase use of wellness products in order to help employer groups improve the health of their employees.
Prepares and makes presentations to employer group decision makers and employees.
Meets frequently with employer groups to determine the need for various wellness products and services.
Creates new wellness products when needed.
Communicates changes in rates, services, activities and other information related to wellness products.
Works closely with both client and internal departments to determine a group-specific wellness products recommendation based on historical and current data.
Develops and maintains company profiles on clients and prospective clients.
Oversees all group activity.
Maintains and updates database, tracking volume of activity and detailing services provided and outcomes, to specific groups and leadership.
Responsible for future development of community resources and supplemental vendors and programs.
Consults with the Health Services and Sales when forming strategies and proposals to determine areas of emphasis and concern.
Works closely with Sales, brokers and consultants in a partnership when providing programming.
Develops and maintains company profiles on clients and prospective clients.
Tracks volume of active companies and on site participation results.
Responsible for identifying and investigating emerging new product opportunities within the employee health field.
Provides the leadership in the design, development and testing of select new wellness products.
Helps to formulate business plans to develop and implement products.
Implements business plans, creatively solving product design, financial, marketing or administrative problems.
Meets with management staff and reports on all current wellness activity.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree-Healthcare Related Degree (Required)

Experience
Minimum of 2 years-Related work experience (Required)
