Teleflora currently offers work at home positions in two branches of our Inbound department, 24 Hour Flowers and Lawson.
In Inbound, your primary responsibility will be to enter customer orders into our system. You will also provide assistance on existing orders by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving customer concerns. Our 24 Hour Flowers calls are highly sales driven. Employees trained in this skill represent our member florists, taking orders and messages for them while they are unavailable. While sales is still an important part of our Lawson skill, the calls here are more equally divided between order placement and the resolution of any customer issues that may arise.
Primary job skills include dependability, good typing and computer navigation skills, excellent customer service and active listening skills; and the ability to learn new computer programs quickly. You must also be willing to work holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day; and work extended hours if needed to meet company needs.
Positions are seasonal, with the potential for on-call or long term employment for our highest performers. Schedules range between 20-40 hours per week.
