Full Job Description

If you are an entrepreneurial, highly-motivated sales representative looking to work remotely and set your own hours, you’ve found the right place! We need someone who will help find our ideal clients and grow our storytelling efforts.

This position will begin as commission only but can grow into a full-time role with salary and benefits. You can work remotely but have the option to come into our office for meetings or to work from our desks.


  • At least 1 year experience selling services
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to listen to clients and understand their needs
  • Understanding of marketing and branding
  • Organized
  • Passion for marketing and storytelling
  • Strong self-discipline
  • Access to high-speed internet and a laptop/desktop


  • Qualify, prospect, present, and close new clients
  • Develop and track end-to-end opportunity pipeline
  • Discuss initial client needs, prepare proposals and deliver presentations
  • Understand clients’ pain points and provide creatives ideas through our digital marketing solutions and how this will help meet clients’ goals
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends
  • Log all lead activity, deals and status with our CRM
  • Hand off accounts to account managers as part of new client on-boarding process
