Things that you’ll do:

* Search for sources to find and attract the best talent out there

* Create interesting content for our job ads

* Post vacancies according to recruitment strategy plans

* Schedule and conduct interviews through Skype or in-person interviews

* Become familiar with our internal applicant tracking system and skills testing procedures

* Learn how to onboard new staff members

* Gather data to report to management

* Follow processes and procedures to maintain compliance with company policies
