Full Job Description

We are looking for amazing Real Estate Virtual Assistants to work with our clients.

Top Skills Needed:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry
  • Experience using the MLS (Ex- Bright MLS)
  • CRM database Management (Market Leader, LionDesk, Command, etc.)
  • Email Marketing (Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.)
  • Cold Calling
  • Social Media Scheduling (Buffer, Hootsuite, BackAtYouMedia, etc)
  • Graphic Design (Canva, etc)
  • ClickUp (preferred)
  • Superior written communication

Hours per week: Vary

Pay Rate: $15-20 per hour

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

  • Data Entry
  • Inbox management
  • Calendar management
  • Transaction Coordination
  • Contract to Close
  • Phone calls on behalf of clients
