Full Job Description
We are looking for amazing Real Estate Virtual Assistants to work with our clients.
Top Skills Needed:
- At least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry
- Experience using the MLS (Ex- Bright MLS)
- CRM database Management (Market Leader, LionDesk, Command, etc.)
- Email Marketing (Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.)
- Cold Calling
- Social Media Scheduling (Buffer, Hootsuite, BackAtYouMedia, etc)
- Graphic Design (Canva, etc)
- ClickUp (preferred)
- Superior written communication
Hours per week: Vary
Pay Rate: $15-20 per hour
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
- Data Entry
- Inbox management
- Calendar management
- Transaction Coordination
- Contract to Close
- Phone calls on behalf of clients
