About the role

We are currently seeking a tech-savvy QuickBooks Integration Specialist to join our customer experience team in finding innovative solutions for our customers.

 


Your day-to-day

  • Providing thorough customer service regarding JobNimbus/QuickBooks integration questions via phone calls, emails, and screen share meetings
  • Expertly advising customers through connecting and troubleshooting the JobNimbus/QuickBooks integration
  • Actively working with the customer to gain an awareness of all aspects of their business in order to recommend solutions
  • Proactively submitting feedback recommendations for the constant improvement of the JobNimbus/QuickBooks integration
  • Assisting with the creation of QuickBooks integration training modules for JobNimbus employees and customers
  • Communicating effectively with customers, the development team, and the larger CX department
  • Collaborating both remotely and in-office with other members of the CX team

Required Skills

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop
  • Entry to mid-level customer training experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail

 


Desired Skills

  • Hubspot experience
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • CRM experience
