Skills & Requirements:

  • 1-2 Years of professional SEM/PPC experience, including Google, social media, and Bing paid ad campaigns (preferred)
  • Google Adwords certified (preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of bid management and keyword research and analytics tools such as Adwords Editor and Keyword Planning Tool
  • In-depth understanding of industry metrics and how to improve them
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, comfortable analyzing large data sets, creating reports, and identifying ways to improve campaign success
  • Solid experience with G Suite and Microsoft Excel, pivot tables and VBA (preferred)
  • Passionate about digital marketing and providing outstanding results to clients
  • Ability to gracefully receive, discuss, and implement feedback from peers, management, and clients alike
  • Ability to juggle different projects and accounts in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of work
  • Outstanding organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
  • Great work ethic, punctual, and reliable
  • Ability to work full-time: Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of paid ad campaigns for multiple accounts across different platforms (Google, Bing, and social media). This includes: account setup, campaign planning, keyword research, creating campaign structures, AB testing, bid strategy, daily campaign tracking and KPI monitoring, publisher relationships, tools and technology, reporting, etc.
  • Write ad copy
  • Monitor campaigns, industries, and competitors through careful research, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and other industry tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign metrics and advance clients’ business objectives
  • Collaborate with peers on other teams (copy, design, digital strategy, SEO, and others) to maximize campaign quality and work efficiency
  • Maintain great communication with Digital Strategists and Account Managers to ensure that campaigns align with clients’ business objectives
  • Stay up to date and knowledgeable of best industry practices, innovative strategies and technologies, and search engine updates
