About The Role:
Our company is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and high-energy individual with a proven track record in working VIRTUALLY (remote) from home.
IMPORTANT! This is for cold calling (outbound) to real estate investors – it is mandatory that you have outbound appointment setting experience in the past. If you took INbound calls for a doctor’s office, car dealership, etc. to schedule appointments, that is unfortunately not what we are looking for at this time, and it is simply a waste of your time to enter our hiring system, answer questions, etc. – your application will be deleted automatically by our system since we get tons of applicants for each position.
But if you do have outbound appointment setting experience, read on, because this position pays well above the industry average and gives you incredible flexibility with a choice of either part-time or full-time work. Your job will entail phoning and setting appointments with Real Estate Investors to meet with our Consultants.

This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance. Monthly income potential for part-time work is $2,000 to $3,000, with full-time work offering a potential of $3,500 to $5,000, transitioning into a sales position comes with an income potential of $100,000+ per year.
TASKS YOU’LL BE PERFORMING:
** Management of a basic sales pipeline CRM or Google Sheets: Each day you will update and manage CRM notes and call sheets.
** Calling: 15-20 dials to prospects every hour will be expected.
** Appointment Booking: You will be responsible for booking decision-makers for appointments in available time slots. A calendar application for this purpose will be provided.
To qualify for this job with our company, you must possess the following skills:
** Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with target businesses. A love for conversing with people as well as ease when talking on the phone is vital.
** Great People Skills and Positive Mindset: In addition to a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people, persuasiveness and the ability to alleviate potential clients’ concerns while booking appointments will make interactions exciting and a positive outcome for all involved.
** Coachable: You will learn and master your role by working with both our company’s Founder and Operations Manager. An open mind and desire to improve will propel your performance forward.
** Team-Oriented: Our team thrives on close collaboration and good-natured competition. As part of the sales team, your positive working relationship with your assigned sales rep will mean your success – more kept appointments and more sales closed!
** Self-Starter: Because you will be working from home, it is essential that you be adept at time management and efficient handling of your own schedule.
** Previous Sales Experience: A proven history of success in setting appointments is required.
