Responsibilities

In keeping with the Mattamy Mission of providing The Best Homeowner Experience, the Part-Time Online New Home Specialist is responsible for promoting our online advertising campaigns in order to generate strong customer leads and ultimately increase sales. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow-up with online prospects via phone and email, including responding to inquiries, matching prospects to appropriate product and qualifying prospects accordingly in order to set appointments with New Home Counselors that ultimately result in home sales
  • Leverage our customer relationship management software to manage lead communication, track activities and plan lead interactions
  • Produce regular reports on lead activity and sales conversation ratios to understand trends and marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Assist the marketing teams with updating website content, monitoring third-party websites and other online advertising venues as appropriate
  • Conduct comprehensive research of our local market competition and their online marketing campaigns to gain insight into market trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is preferred
  • FL Real Estate License is required
  • Must be able to work late into the afternoon and early evenings
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Will work approx. 25-30 hours per week
  • Will work remotely, but will also be required to work in the local Division Office
  • Two years of previous marketing, sales, public relations, etc. is helpful
  • Customer Relationship Management proficiency is preferred. Specifically, knowledge of Lasso, JDE Sales Cloud or Eloqua is helpful
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is desired
  • Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge is helpful
  • Experience in Construction or Home Building industry is helpful
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated customer focused orientation
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Strong computer savviness, with intimate experience with social media platforms
  • Detail oriented with ability to proof documents for accuracy and communicate detailed changes
  • Strong problem-solving orientation and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time well with minimal supervision
