The Creative Group has an immediate opportunity with a client in Center City Philadelphia. Responsibilities for this role include:

-PDF creation and editing (including adding/deleting/inserting pages into a PDF and inserting Bookmarks)

-Automating Tables of Contents, inserting page numbers and headers/footers, editing with track changes

-Sorting and filtering spreadsheets, formatting cells by color, inserting basic formulas

-Formatting slides with headers, footers, slide numbers, inserting and deleting slides, SmartArt and animation

-Project tracking

-Event planning

-Traditional admin skills, e.g. appointment setting, expenses, etc.

Requirements :

Intermediate Coordination, Intermediate MS Excel, Intermediate MS Word, Intermediate MS PowerPoint.
