Marketing Coordinator Job in Kansas City, MO – Contract-to-Hire

Have you been a Marketing Coordinator for at least three years and are looking to take your career to the next level? As a Marketing Coordinator your main responsibilities will include:

* Manage the preparation of proposals, pre-qualification packages, and presentations

* Assist in the development and maintenance of company website and collateral material including brochures, advertising and company newsletter

* Assist in maintaining our customer relationship management – CRM – system

* Participate in client presentations and functions, job site visits, and provide trade show support

* Perform additional assignments as requested by our management team

You are the ideal person for this position if you have:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration; or related experience in the engineering or construction industry

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in producing proposals, marketing literature, website content and other collateral materials

* Exceptional communication, writing and editing skills, including technical writing

* High level of organization; ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM system, Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, database and other related programs

* Ability to establish effective relationships with a wide variety of people; strong customer service orientation; high energy level
