At Williamsburg Learning (WL), the Hubspot Specialist is a key team member who reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), works closely with other marketing team members, and partners with executive leaders to provide critical company growth analytics and marketing-related support. This position manages the marketing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software suites and the resulting analytics, reports, and presentations.
A skilled Hubspot Specialist, being the right fit with an individual they support, will perform a variety of tasks that may include the following:
Build Automated Campaigns using Hubspot:
According to industry best practices, build automated campaigns using the Hubspot CRM platform integrated with social media, segmentation, landing pages, forms, and third-party tools.
Build and streamline campaign target list process to capture leads from events and marketing automation platforms, and ensure qualified leads are funneled seamlessly from marketing to sales.
CRM Database Administrator:
Maintain and support marketing data intelligence, including the attribution, analysis, reporting, and spreadsheets of key marketing metrics.
Develop and implement MarTech practices for existing and new tools, including our marketing automation system, including data enrichment, lead management, and email marketing campaigns.
Evaluate, build, and improve marketing database segmentation strategy and fulfill ongoing CRM management.
Build custom workflows for automation.
Generate and maintain effective CRM reporting:
Collect and provide timely and accurate HubSpot reporting to benefit company Sales and Marketing Teams.
Develop insightful HubSpot dashboards, reports, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and execute data migration/cleansing projects.
Conduct deep-dive analysis of GTM rep behaviors and performance to uncover opportunities to improve the experience and efficiency of GTM employees; this analysis will inform product decisions, experiments, and longer-term product strategy.
Ensure best practices in lead generation:
Establish and maintain scalable data processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and CRM management within the Hubspot CRM.
Analyze data sets to develop actionable insights and trends that can drive lead generation.
Develop marketing automation best practices that will drive results.
Identify Marketing Campaign Opportunities:
Partner with the marketing team to use data to identify opportunities for new marketing campaigns to drive company growth.
Expert in interpreting and translating your team’s needs into specific analysis that yields actionable insights.
Provide the dashboards, visualizations, and analyses to help the marketing team and company stay on top of crucial user behaviors and outcomes.
Analyze, interpret and report marketing campaign performance, trends analysis, and other metrics.
Partner with sales leadership to develop a model for lead scoring in HubSpot and a follow-up cadence when leads are ready to move to MQL status.
3 years professional experience building and managing a HubSpot CRM platform.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar education.
