Summary:

This internship is a unique opportunity for a student who is interested in learning the end-to-end recruiting process. You’ll also gain exposure to the broader People function and receive training & guidance from a high-performing team! Our ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, adaptable, independent, and has an interest in recruitment, HR, and company culture. This internship is fully remote and will report to the HR Director.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily recruiting admin support for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Collaborate on special projects as assigned to support the HR department
  • Shadow/partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand the talent needs of each department we recruit for and how we collaborate to finding the perfect candidate
  • Proactively source to build a robust pipeline with qualified candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, employee referrals, LinkedIn, virtual job fairs, etc.)
  • Assist/Shadow the team with screening resumes
  • Synthesize market research and survey results and present findings

Requirements:

To be considered for the Internship Program you must:

  • Be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university; Junior or Senior standing preferred
  • Receive college credit for the internship

Qualifications:

  • Business, Human Resources, Sociology, or Communications majors preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and G Suite
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical mind-set
  • Creative and innovative
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with excellent time management skills; able to concentrate her/his efforts on priorities and achieve results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer service
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Internship Details:

  • 8-16 hours per week
  • Position is minimum 90 days/1 quarter
  • Unpaid Internship
