The International Mountain Bicycling Association is growing, and we’re looking to add an HR professional to our staff! This position could be telecommuting as well. You will be supporting our team members from across the US with various HR administration processes and some light office administration. You don’t need to live in Boulder to be qualified for this position.


The ideal candidate will possess:

* An Associate’s Degree in an applicable field and 2+ years experience as an HR Generalist or applicable combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred

* Demonstrated experience using MS Office Suite

* Ability to work during the day between 8AM and 5PM MST; flexible days and hours to be determined; up to 25 hpw

* Quiet space with full home office set up

* Work Environment Conditions

* Equipment Used: Office equipment, computer, software, telephone

* Physical Requirements: Employee must have ability to hear, talk, see and type on a keyboard


* Flexible schedule

* Partial expense reimbursement for home office

* Working with a fun, casual group of people
