Fortune 200 Financial Institution looking for Fraud Representatives to join their Pittsburgh, PA team.
Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:30 am – 8:30pm
6 month contract, with potential of long term opportunities
Fraud Representatives are responsible for monitoring debit and credit card accounts for fraudulent activities and for receiving inbound calls from our customers. Representatives are also responsible for providing high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, customer requests, and problems related to debit and credit card fraud and dispute claims. Representatives will interface with multiple financial institutions and cardholders for multiple financial institutions to service all customer needs in regards to fraud and dispute issues.
