POSITION: Executive HR Assistant

COMPANY: Kimone Napier

REPORTING TO: CEO, Kimone Napier

STATUS: Independent Contractor, up to 10 hours per week

PAY: up to $30 hourly

LOCATION: Remote, even better if NY based

START DATE: March 2021

ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE HR ASSISTANT POSITION

With 10+ years in the Human Resources space, Kimone Napier has become known for her work helping entrepreneurs hire and retain their team members. To reach our goals, we are seeking an Executive HR Assistant who has had experience providing HR support, executive assistant, and project coordination. Occasionally, you may be asked to do research for blog posts, media opportunities, and prospective clients. The candidate must be able to take ownership of projects without daily input from the CEO. The responsibilities of this role are expected to grow within 6 months to a year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inbox Management (responding to client questions, sendings contracts, and invoices)
  • Emailing Positions to our Talent Pool
  • Conducting client strategy calls
  • Sending client proposals, contracts, and invoices
  • Creating job descriptions and screening questionnaires
  • Creating a job interview questionnaire
  • Creating job post graphics
  • Creating standard operating procedures (how-to videos, documents, etc.)
  • Managing project workflows (making sure tasks are completing on time, creating project boards, etc.)
  • Providing status updates to CEO
  • Sending testimonial requests
  • Sending client gifts
  • Conducting research
  • Other miscellaneous administrative tasks
