ModSquad is currently seeking experienced Customer Support Agents to provide phone and email support for one of our elite clients.
As a member of this team, you’ll respond to customer inquires via email and phone calls.
The Ideal Candidate:
- has customer service experience.
- has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- has experience using streaming services.
- is flexible and has at least 20 hours of availability each week.
- has a quiet environment to take calls and a working headset.
- can begin orientation ASAP.
- is used to work in a multilingual, busy team
- is used to work with backend tools
- is willing to install ModSquad security software on their work computer and a 2FA app on their phone (Duo Mobile)
- is based in US or UK preferably
- speaks English at an idiomatic level
- Zendesk experience is a HUGE plus!
Availability: 20 hours a week OR MORE. Hours are very very flexible and basically round the clock. Weekend availability is a must.
