Overview

A pharmaceutical company in Massachusetts is looking to an immediate need with the addition of a new eBuy Project Specialist to their growing staff. In the role, the eBuy Project Specialist will be responsible for providing support on all aspects of purchase to pay. Apply today!

The eBuy Project Specialist will:

* Facilitate the cross functional preparation and processing of all non-catalog activity, as well as reporting and monitoring of requisitions through approval

* Own and resolve issues within the purchase to pay model and serve as liaison with the full eBuy Project Management Team

* Assist with various project activities in support of project initiation, planning, execution and closing

* Support of project schedules and budgets, cost tracking, status reporting, project communication, information gathering, coordination and facilitation of meetings, tracking and resolution of issues, and tracking risks and resources

* Plan and manage small, well-defined projects or sub-projects

* Coordinate reporting generation and distribution Support the development and maintenance of project and program plans

* Handle other duties as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS

* 3+ years of Project Management experience

* Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

* Previous experience with Purchase to Pay

* Customer Service oriented

* Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Excel, Access, etc.)

* Solid problem solving and time management skills

* Great interpersonal skills

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* Strong attention to detail

* Highly organized

* Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
