We are looking for customer service agents who enjoy and have experience in fashion and are looking to become part of a blended team that values learning, teamwork, and providing quality support.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A body-positive attitude
  • Phone Support and Customer Service experience
  • Ability to type no less than 40 wpm
  • eCommerce or retail experience preferred
  • Zendesk experience
  • Ability to speak clearly and respectively with luxury brand clientele

Available Shifts:

  • Part-time hours are currently available Monday-Friday, 6 am-6 pm Pacific time. We ask that applicants be available for no fewer than 20 hours per week.
