We are looking for customer service agents who enjoy and have experience in fashion and are looking to become part of a blended team that values learning, teamwork, and providing quality support.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A body-positive attitude
- Phone Support and Customer Service experience
- Ability to type no less than 40 wpm
- eCommerce or retail experience preferred
- Zendesk experience
- Ability to speak clearly and respectively with luxury brand clientele
- Part-time hours are currently available Monday-Friday, 6 am-6 pm Pacific time. We ask that applicants be available for no fewer than 20 hours per week.
