Overview
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries from Twitter and Facebook
- Respond to customer inquiries received from other departments
- Respond to BBB complaints as needed
- Prepare case summaries for our executive team as needed
- Drive these inquiries to resolution
- Manage communication to other internal departments
- Successfully influence people via social media, written and verbal
REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable internet, computer, phone and power a must
- Quiet working environment
- Ability to take and make customer calls, if necessary
- Strong Internet skills
- Excellent grammar
- Professional, reliable and punctual
- Able to comfortably interface with and influence customers
- Must be results oriented and willing to take ownership of issues
