Full Job Description

Seeking a customer service representative and call center agent for our Jiffy Lube locations in NC and SC.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service to customers
Answering phone calls for 21 locations
Inform the customers about our services, locations of stores, or concerns they may have
Record customer complaints and forward to appropriate supervisors and stores
If unable to answer a question or concern, or if they need to speak to an individual, forwarding the call the the appropriate store or department
Recording calls and submitting spreadsheet to appropriate supervisor(s) with call information
Maintaining Jiffy Lube’s excellent customer service reputation and building a positive rapport with callers.

Sales experience is preferred
Customer Service experience is preferred
Automotive experience is preferred
Must be able to read and write English, and perform basic computer functions
Must be comfortable speaking over the phone and taking notes
Must be comfortable working from home with limited direct supervision
High speed internet access is required
Computer access is required

Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications (outlook,teams,excel,word)
