LiveOps is looking for people to work from home taking pizza orders for a well-known pizza delivery client. If you have ever called in an order for take-out or pizza delivery, then you know what this work-from-home customer service opportunity is all about.

On these calls, you will use your customer service skills and attention to detail to help callers place their pizza orders. On some calls you may check on the status of an order, or use your problem-solving skills to find a coupon code for the caller or to connect them with a store in their area.

We are looking for people who are quick and efficient with a clear phone voice and a love for delighting callers. What are the Calls Like

On these calls you will work from home taking pizza orders for a well-known pizza delivery chain.

Agents will help callers by taking their food order, asking if they want a side or dessert, and then placing the order using the client’s online application. You may also help callers by finding coupon codes for deals they heard about on TV or radio, checking on the status of their order, or transferring them to their local store locations.

These calls are short and can come in quickly, especially during peak times. Agents will have a dedicated line so that they know every call is from the same pizza client, and online chat will be available if you need help during the calls.

Earning potential

Independent agents earn money for time spent talking on the phone and may also receive performance-based pay, or incentives. The talk-time rate for this client is $0.22 cents per minute of talk time.
