Job Summary

  • The customer service representative will call on existing customers to follow up on their medical supplies and provide exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties

  • Communicate with customers in a highly professional, caring and knowledgeable manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle any concerns that they have.
  • Properly document and note all orders worked with actions taken and other pertinent information.
  • Meet & maintain department productivity standards as communicated by the Customer Service Management team.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive experience with every caller.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned, which may vary at any time with or without notice.


  • High School Diploma or GED – Required


  • One or more years of Call Center experience -Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hours for the position are 10-7 Mon-Thurs, 9-6 Friday

Friday 9:00-6:00
