Achieve Test Prep is a tutoring center that helps students earn their degrees utilizing a shortcut known as credit-by-examination where the student simply tests out of college courses instead of taking the courses. Most working adults find it hard to obtain a degree because of their busy lives and work schedules. We act as counselors, advocates, and partners to help our students earn their degree in less time, with less effort, and less money.

We are searching for an Online Customer Service Representative to join our team of friendly and positive professionals. This position requires someone who can provide high-level customer service online while positively representing our brand. To work for us, you will need to provide your own computer and fast, reliable Internet connection. Also, note that most of our schedules run in 8-hour shifts with set days and times. Although, we do offer some flexibility for certain positions.

Roles & Responsibilities of the Online Customer Service Representative:

* Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their degree and our systems

* Providing timely and accurate information to customers

* Making outbound calls to customers to address their needs

* Processing customer requests according to established policies and procedures

* Providing timely feedback to the company/customers regarding service failures or customers concerns

* Receiving and checking customers complaints

* Giving advice to customers for which classes to take and how to study successfully

* Assisting in maintaining and monitoring electronic data

* Creating letters, quotes and miscellaneous correspondence to secure additional customer information or resolve customer disputes

* Looking for ways to improve processes, procedures, customer service and efficiency

* Additional projects or responsibilities as needed
