Location: Work from anywhere (Global)


The Customer Experience Improvement team ensures our customers have the best possible support experience by evaluating interactions from various channels. We are looking for a proven customer advocate to join our evaluation team with the goal of helping our agents meet or exceed departmental goals by identifying performance improvement opportunities.

Ideally, applicants will have experience in a customer support function, preferably as a team leader or as a top performer. Applicants should be comfortable delivering both verbal and written feedback in a constructive manner, as well as, providing support directly to customers, if needed.

All candidates are encouraged to complete the following tests prior to applying:
– Upwork Readiness Test for Independent Contractors and Company Managers
– U.S. English Basic Skills Test
– Customer Service Test

You should have flexible availability as well, and can work different shifts.
