Overview

Konsus provides on-demand freelancers for business. We are always looking for great freelancers to help with our growing client base and increasing work load. As a freelancer working for Konsus you can work where you want, when you want and how much you want.

Companies around the world send us office tasks and we instantly assign them to pre-vetted freelancers (that would be you) based on skill and availability. We launched in August of 2015, and already have 500+ customers with some very large international clients. We work with interesting and exciting tasks in a modern way, and our mission is to create the future shape of how to do business around a new and connected globe.

REQUIREMENTS

* High personal standards for quality and dependability.

* Excellent communication skills – You will need to be fluent & perfect in written English

* It will be helpful if you are confident, good with people and IT, and if you know Excel.

* Past customer service experience is a plus!

* Availability of at least 50% of a Full time position, Full time preferred.

* Working hours currently: Monday to Friday 1am to 7am UTC time zone, Saturday 1am to 1pm (UTC), and Saturday 9pm to Sunday 3pm (UTC), however these times are split up in 2 shifts, and we can accommodate your schedule a bit. We expect that customer chat support hours will increase going forward, and will be flexible with respect to how shifts are structured.

* We are looking for detail oriented remote customer chat support professionals interested in becoming part of the ever-expanding Konsus community.

* As part of the customer service team, you will be expected to answer incoming requests from existing and potentially new clients using our chat and email application, Intercom.

* This ranges from answering clients with ongoing projects and referring them to their project manager, answering questions about the products and services we provide, how it works, pricing and more, and provide help and assistance to clients in general.

* There will to some extent be defined answers to the incoming requests, but you will mostly have to use your own judgement to figure out what to reply and which actions are necessary.
