Full Job Description

* This position is on the Part D team, Remote – Anywhere in the US *

Position Purpose:
Performs entry level clerical work. Serves as clerical support to the contract processes. Works under close supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Enters data (key/type) into applicable systems.
  • Prints, folds, stuffs, and mails letters.
  • Faxes effectuation notices and files the confirmations in the electronic case folders.
  • Prints and logs all incoming faxes from the faxination accounts.
  • Retrieves and delivers mail from and to the mailroom.
  • Performs imaging and indexing activities, as required.
  • Boxes, loads and prepares cases for shipment to long term storage location or the administrative law judge (ALJ) offices.
  • Logs return mail and researches the applicable system for the correct address.
  • May email electronic notices of hearing (eNOH).
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Six (6) months of general office
o College education or technical training in business related areas may be substituted for experience on a month per month basis. (Education requirements may be satisfied by full-time education or the prorated part-time equivalent.)

  • The responsibilities associated with administrative practices and procedures to include writing, editing and report writing techniques, record keeping and records management

Work Environment
Requires working in an office/cubicle environment; sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting and/or reaching. Requires repetitive movement; ability to lift, carry or move up to 25 lbs. when transporting work equipment or materials. May require ability to operate a motor vehicle; the ability to travel by motor vehicle and commercial airline. May require overnight travel.
