The Video Producer will work with the Science team to film complete lessons of Amplify Science.

***This is a temporary, part-time position through October of 2020.

Responsibilities of the Video Producer:

  • Follows a provided style guide to create videos of each activity in Amplify Science.
  • Produces a script for each video
  • Separately notes any modifications made to the Amplify Science lesson
  • Regularly communicates status of work
  • Uploads video file to dedicated Google folder
  • Uploads video to YouTube (as Unlisted) and copy URL to the appropriate tracker

Basic Qualifications of the Video Producer:

  • 1+ years’ experience teaching Amplify Science
  • Proficiency using common screen capture software, such as Screencastify
  • Ability to speak Spanish fluently

Preferred Qualifications of the Video Producer:

  • Prior experience creating educational videos
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven writing skills
