SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Although the No Joke Marketing headquarters are located in Buffalo, NY this is a 100% remote position!
The mission for the Appointment setter is to set sales appointments. This will be done by following up with inbound leads (phone, email and text) and going through the qualification process.
The outcome expected of this individual is:
-Set >20 appointments per week from the hundreds of inbound leads

- Communication – Speaks and writes clearly and articulately.
- Distiller – Ability to understand and translate complex concepts and technical information into practical marketing language

- Proactivity – Acts without being told what to do. Has an ability to foresee needs before they arise.
- Work ethic – Processes a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes work long hours to get the job done. Has a track record of working hard.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
- Digital marketing experience a plus but not required
- Amazing on the phone
- Intense follow-up – the fortune is in the followup
- Cold calling experience a plus (though these are NOT cold calls)
Positions are locally virtually. Team Members are eligible for a benefits package after a 3-month review.
