Duties:

* Scheduling meetings and coordinating the calendars of 5 managers

* Set up and reserve conference room

* Answering and transferring calls

* Sending email correspondence

* Conduct research when assisting with projects

* Create PowerPoint presentations for the team

Requirements:

* Must have at least 2 years of previous administrative experience

* Must possess excellent written and verbal communication

* Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite products

* Ability to think outside of the box

* Bilingual is a plus
