Overview

Responsibilities for this Remote Admin Assistant job include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform admin duties in relation to weekly dashboard updates
  • Gather status updates from regional leads for weekly updates in Midaxo Program Tracking and coordinating department financial updates
  • Coordinate project plan updates with facilities managers
  • Day to day administrative duties for 12 Real Estate associates
  • Composing routine correspondence, preparing routine reports, scheduling meetings or appointments, arranging travel, screening and directing incoming calls, providing information, maintaining files, or transcribing dictation

Qualifications for this Remote Admin Assistant job:

  • Proficient in the Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Smart Sheets) and Microsoft (Excel)
  • Requires 5+ years relevant experience
  • Company based in Tampa, FL (candidate can be located anywhere)
