About this role

You will be working closely with the Accounting team at Remind to help support our Remind Coaching business. You will be a key member of the administration of our Remind Coaching program, and will onboard new coaches, process bi-weekly payment runs, and work directly with our coaches for all administration-type questions.

About you:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience working in Accounts Payable or similar business administration
  • You are an experienced self-starter capable of working relatively autonomously
  • You are customer oriented
  • You focus on the details and know how to stay organized
  • You are tech-savvy and have worked with Google Sheets or Excel and or a similar platform

What you’ll do:

  • Start with 20 hrs/week working on administration duties for Remind Coaching
  • Onboard new coaches, obtain W-9s, and set up profiles in
  • Process bi-weekly payment runs for 100+ Coaches by vetting of Remind Coaches platform reports (hours worked, pay rates, Coach details, etc.) and upload and approve bills in
  • Research and correct invoice discrepancies, and respond to Coaches’ requests and emails
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes and standards

On your first day, you should:

  • Be familiar with accounts payable processing and know how to set up a vendor profile
  • Review CSV files and spot and reconcile discrepancies in Remind Coaches platform reporting
  • Write clear and concise customer facing emails and internal communications
