To be eligible for PGE’s Internship program, you must be at least 18 years old and have met one of the following criteria:
A high school senior that has enrolled in a college or trade school
A current college or trade school student who is returning to college or a trade school as a full-time student
A recent 2020 – 2021 college graduate
You must provide verification of your student status by submitting your college transcript (an unofficial one is acceptable) or letter of acceptance to a college or trade school with your online application. You will have the opportunity to upload your documents during the online application process.

Accounting Intern (Winter), SOX Office
This is an opportunity to join our SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) Compliance team for a flexible, short time position in early 2021. You’ll help us with updating flow charts, documenting processes, and work as part of our collaborative PGE team. This will give you some insight into our SOX Finance and Accounting work at PGE.
The position is remote, and the hours are flexible if at least a few hours will be during normal business hours. Headquarters are in downtown Portland.
Departmental Support May perform administrative, coordination or technical tasks, such as completing spreadsheets in support of department assigned.
Research and Analysis May perform research and analysis under general supervision. May gather qualitative or quantitative data and develop reports or spreadsheets.
Education Currently an actively enrolled undergraduate student (recent graduate or GED accepted) in good standing and pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field related to the internship; GPA of 2.5 or higher preferred
Experience Some prior volunteer or work experience preferred
