Virtual Assistant — Legit Camping

20-40 hrs/week

Legit Camping (( creates camping gear designed to stand up to the rigors of windy days, rainy night and the wear and tear that comes with outdoor survival. Their primary product is a portable hammock, great for grab-n-go camping that is sold over the internet.

We’re seeking an Executive Assistant for our CEO to handle all customer service emails.
You will be also working with a product sourcing agent that requires strong detail orientation and the ability to know how to look at a product and make sure the sourcing agent is doing the right thing.

– The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, self-starter who is good with computers and figures out systems easily.

– You must have strong project management skills and have the innate ability to research and find information out for yourself. Your motto is “measure 1000 times and cut once.” You also enjoy writing and have experience doing so.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook) is required.

– Amazon seller experience a plus.

– Photoshop expertise also a plus.

-Specifics for you to know:

Hours of work include some weekend work responding to emails. Otherwise, most work can be done between 8-5, Mon-Fri. A big plus would be able to work between 1 pm and 8 pm CST on a certain day.

The position will start out with 10 hours per week, but could quickly move to more hours with the right person.

The pay rate will be $18/hr.
