We are seeking a Training and Documentation Specialist to join our growing team. The scope of this role is to help the users of our tools reach their highest potential by educating them about our products, industry standards, and best practices. To be successful, you must be an excellent communicator, a creative and critical thinker, a master of organization, and a passionate learner. Most importantly, you need to love creating and maintaining content! We are in the process of expanding our team to support our growing list of global clients. Our headquarters is located in Atlanta, GA and this position will report directly to the Director of Training and Support.


* Design, develop and maintain client information programs in support of complex Intellum products and solutions including, but not limited to:

– Product Training videos

– eLearning Courses/Web-based Instruction

– Job Aids and other Reference Material

– Product Documentation

– Release Notes/Online Help

– SCORM package troubleshooting

* Incorporate instructional design principles to augment and enhance learning content and meet defined learning objectives

* Interact with clients and Intellum subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content

* Write storyboards, scripts and other instructional treatments

* Deliver virtual instruction to clients on an as-needed basis

* Review existing documentation, identify gaps and establish work plan to resolve documentation gaps



* 2+ years in a course developer, trainer or technical writer position

* Foundational knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design techniques

* Excellent editing skills with a solid eye for detail

* Active learner who will hold him/herself accountable for his/her own job performance

* Creative thinker

* Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines

* Flawless written and verbal communication skills in English

* Excellent organizational and time management skills


* SaaS software experience

* Experience with Talent Management or Learning Management Systems

* Digital video and audio editing

* Image processing/Graphics applications

* Articulate 360/Adobe Captivate/Camtasia Studio experience
