* Oversee day to day operations of inbound call center Healthcare Member Services Team

* Maintain and monitor team performance, quality and schedules

* Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, state and federal regulations

Quality Analysts:

* Review and evaluate inbound Healthcare Member Service Agent/ member interactions

* Identify areas of service improvement, coaching, and improvement of customer experience

* Ensure compliance and production standards are maintained

Member Services:

* Receive inbound calls from current and potential members with inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits and authorization services

* Estimate members out of pocket expenses for select procedures or services and explain member copayments

* Document call information per approved operating procedures
