Overview

Hello Future Virtual Assistant!

Here’s the deal… we need a virtual assistant to help us with tasks to keep our biz running smoothly and so everyone else can concentrate on their superpowers. We currently have 10 people on our team and we need someone who can help with basic tasks like research, following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), basic admin stuff, and perhaps some social media scheduling.

We are a small but growing digital agency doing business as Never North Labs (but we are currently rebranding and changing names). We help entrepreneurs level up their businesses and increase revenue through branding, design, and marketing. Last year, we fired all our clients except one and decided to restructure the business to play to our strengths and productize our services.

We need someone that’s willing to come on at an entry level position with room to grow. It’s not an easy place to be. You’ll be expected to work hard and be learning all the time. Everyone here is working just slightly outside their comfort zone, which can be overwhelming at times. But if you are someone who is passionate about creating an impact, driven to help build something you are proud of, and committed to working together with others to get a job well done, then this is probley a great place for you to be. The Mission of our Virtual Assistant – 

We need someone to help our project and operations manager with tasks as well as help research and write descriptions and instructions for our illustrator team.

Here are a few samples of the things we need:

  1. Research ideas for icons. i.e.: We’re currently illustrating over 200 famous people. You’d be required to research and write short descriptions so the illustrators have the information they need to create them.
  2. Other research for projects our team needs.
  3. Help us schedule social media posts.
  4. Input content into wordpress and format wordpress posts.
  5. Help research travel stuff like finding flights, hotels, and making travel arrangements.
  6. Do any admin tasks our Project Manager or COO would need. As we grow and develop you’ll be able increase your role and responsibilities.

  3. Successful applications will move to a longer interview that walks chronologically through your career using 5 questions for each job.
  4. Successful Interviews will move to a Reference Check – We will be calling several references that are talked about in your history. You will be required to set-up the reference calls.
  5. Successful Reference Checks will move to a Trial Run or be hired – We will pay you to complete a trial task to make sure we’re a good fit. Once you have completed that task we will make a final decision and hit the ground running!
