We are looking to add a seasoned and professional Sales Development Representative to our team to help execute the company’s growth plan. This role reports to the VP, Strategic Accounts & Communications. The Sales Development Representative‚Äôs primary responsibility will be connecting with warm leads and targeted leads to set appointments and communicating with HR executives about our featured interview and speaking opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess innate and energetic selling skills, an internal discipline with regard to follow up and process, and has an interest in the HR sector. We are looking for someone who connects easily with people, is technologically intuitive, and will make positive impressions on prospects and clients every day.

Job Description:

* Convert warm leads into appointments for the business development team

* Pursue select targeted new leads emanating from development plan

* Prospect, qualify, and engage new prospective clients

* Earn commissions tied to qualified held appointments

* Work with leadership team to refine and implement approach to building new business pipeline


* Seasoned sales background

* Innate selling skills/hunter mentality

* Ability to self-manage a productive outreach campaign and record progress in CRM

* Technologically intuitive and resourceful

* Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite

* CRM Experience. InfusionSoft experience is a plus
