Job Description:

As an SDR at Crossover, you will be a key player in our go-to-market strategy, cold calling decision makers who have demonstrated interest in Crossover by digesting our inbound and outbound content. The ultimate goal of these conversations is to first ensure that Crossover’s service will add significant value to the prospect and second to setup a longer demo and trial with the prospect. You will quickly become knowledgeable on the market’s pain points and needed solutions which will serve as the basis for messaging experiments to continually refine Crossover’s core product offering. Crossover’s SDR team will provide leadership for several new SDR teams as this unique sales model is adopted by a larger portfolio of companies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cold call list of prospects who have engaged with our inbound content, blog, emails, and marketing materials and setup next-step demos

  • Present a detailed, holistic overview of our products, services, and process to key decision makers at prospective client companies

  • Execute data-driven messaging experiments to refine Crossover’s most effective market messaging

  • Collaborate with internal executive team to translate effective on-the-ground strategies to top-level marketing and website content

  • Lead future SDR teams for our current customers who have adopted our sales model

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of sales success, preferably in the HR and/or Talent Acquisition industry (with U.S.-based clients especially) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

  • Aggressive, hungry, and competitive attitude which is unafraid of picking up the phone and consistently working through large call volumes

  • Creative and curious mind that is ready to refine and change marketing message

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate dialog and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Self-motivated and able to work successfully in a 100% virtual environment
