We have a current need for a variety of Role Players to support training courses and exercises in the WMA and other major cities across the country. Contractor Role Player personnel may be required to work extended hours during training courses and exercises. The specific roles and responsibilities will be identified by the Sponsor course Lead prior to the start of each course running and the requirements will be provided to the contractor thirty (30) days before each course/exercise. The roles include, but are not limited to the following:
For each role player exercise, the Sponsor will provide the written guidance (scripts) that include, but are not limited to a description of the role, desired language support needs, scenarios, expected student outcome of the interaction, anticipated student questions, and expected role player answers. Length of exercises range from 2 – 12 days, and this is a Part Time on Call position.
* Must have relevant experience as a Role Player
* Applicant Selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must have an active TS/SCI w/polygraph level Security Clearance.
