Overview

PhishMe is seeking a highly motivated individual to be a part of our renewal sales team covering accounts in the central US Region. As a Renewal Sales Representative, you will develop close relationships with current customers to maintain a high rate of recurring revenue and look for opportunities to upsell/cross-sell within the customer base.

Hands on experience in managing sales opportunities in IT security is critical for success in this role. This is full time position working for PhishMe, Inc.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for exceeding quarterly and annual renewal goals to continue our explosive growth.

* Primary focus will be on the development and closure of renewal opportunities for the Simulator Software-as-a-Service solution.

* Critical skills include, prospecting, technical presentation and demonstration, pipeline management and a demonstrated ability to close.

* Maximize and identify opportunities for up-sell/cross-sell within existing customer base

* Help shape the renewal process by offering ideas on ways to optimize the renewal process

* Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure customers are knowledgeable of best practices

* Work closely with Account Executives to maximize customer value to translate to high customer retention and renewal rates.

* Leverage sales, technical support, and customer success to advance the customer’s goals

Qualifications:

* Experience in a SaaS-based environment

* Proven history overachieving quota and results in high-growth company

* Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills

* Capability to present technical information to a variety of audiences

* Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using SalesForce.com

* Ability to manage a high volume of accounts in Salesforce.com

* Leverage sales, technical support, and customer success to advance the customer’s goals

* Ability to keep close track of our customers throughout the 90 days period prior to renewal

* Maximize and identify opportunities for up-sell/cross-sell within existing customer base

* Help shape the renewal process by offering ideas on ways to optimize the renewal process

* Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure customers are knowledgeable of best practices

* Work closely with Account Executives to maximize customer value to translate to high customer retention and renewal rates
