GLOBO is a fast growing language services company and we’re looking for top-notch TI (Telephone Interpreters)!

This opportunity is perfect for professional interpreters who are interested in a wide range of topics and who have experience in at least one of the following fields: Health Insurance, Medical, Client Service, Automotive Insurance, and Legal. We have a vested interest in helping you succeed and we offer the following:

– With the right equipment, you can do both Video and Telephone interpreting

This is a professional level role and you need at least two (2) years of experience in telephone interpreting, native level proficiency in the working languages specified, a dedicated landline telephone, access to a quiet workspace, and great client support skills. This is a remote position, and you will work a flexible schedule, signing on and taking calls from your home office as your schedule allows.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Interpret between source and target language with accuracy, clarity, and transparency

* Work closely with GLOBO to understand volume patterns, providing feedback and responses through messaging system.

* Provides excellent customer service with a focus on helping both parties communicate clearly in real time

* Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

* Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

* At least two years of Telephone Interpreting experience

* Native level proficiency in English and a second language

* A dedicated landline telephone

* Access to a quiet workspace

* Superior client service skills

* College Degree (Associates or above) preferred

* US Resident
