We provide our service to more than one hundred thousand users and our growth is accelerating. From the start, we focused on building a powerful, simple and efficient service. We’re now looking for our fourth recruit to continue this mission. You’ll join a small team with big goals, full transparency and the belief that a handful of people can make great things happen!

We’re looking for someone convinced that making our users successful will make us successful. Ensuring our clients are getting the most of our service and in the best possible way will be your responsibility. Your missions will be:
  • Help customers via email. Being empathetic and understanding is crucial. We care about every user and understand that we all sometimes have a bad day. In the end, our users make this adventure possible, every day we show them how grateful we are.
  • Improving the user experience on our service. Being able to develop in Ruby On Rails, you will improve and fix the service when needed. Being in constant contact with users, you’ll now how to quickly improve the overall experience. Weekly, you’ll share with the entire team what you learned, what our users think we’re doing right, what should be improved, and where they think we should be headed.
  • Building efficient internal tools. The daily support will go hand in hand with improvements of our internal tools. You’ll have control to make them better, to increase the speed and quality of the support you’ll provide.
  • Monitoring user happiness. Being data-driven matters a lot to us. You’ll be able to implement what is needed to make sure we’re going in the right direction.
  • Finding new ways to improve custom happiness. We’re a small company. This means we can and should provide “WOW” moments to our users with a great support and product. You’ll be able to get creative and try out new ideas.
As you also have technical skills, your role will be to improve our support at the same time we grow. By improving our support, you’ll both improve customer happiness and make it possible to handle more active users with the same resources.
REQUIREMENTS
  • You’ll interact with dozens of users every day, almost exclusively by writing. Very strong English communication skills are therefore needed.
  • Caring for others. Your role will be to make sure we make our users happy. You have a passion for talking to users
  • Knowledge of Ruby on Rails and front-end technologies (Javascript and CSS). Basic knowledge can be enough as you’ll be working with the rest of the team. As with everything else, you should be curious and eager to improve.
