Are you absolutely crazy about North American sports? If you get excited about the following acronyms, this is the job for you: NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, PGA, MMA.
This position has one main objective: being a problem solver to customers who contact us seeking for a solution. You will be representing one of our clients so we expect you to give a extraordinarily good support!
The best part about this specific project is that you will only support written channels being email and live chat! For this reason, your English skills must be superb.
Needless to say, you will receive an excellent training and you will become a support ninja.


* You are a native English speaker and you are located in the US/ Canada.

* You have a great interest in US sports (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, PGA, MMA) & betting.

* You are available to work with a fixed schedule: 3pm to midnight PST, 4 days a week, including 1 weekend day.

* You are a quick learner, and are open to working with new technologies and products.

* You are flexible, a strong communicator, good at multitasking and problem solving.

* You have a dedicated and quiet work space.

* Experience in a Customer Service environment or an international business setting is a plus!

PC requirements:

* An internet speed minimum of 1 MB/0.5MB internationally to both locations,

* A minimum of 8 GB RAM memory, with a 64 bit windows version (windows 7 or higher)

* An I5 processor or better/ similar, max. 3 years old.
