What it takes—program details: Working Solutions is partnering with a company to provide outbound calls for health and auto insurance. As a sales specialist you will be connecting callers with a licensed insurance or health agent.
A strong sales background is important for this program. Agents must be able to connect callers with a licensed insurance agent.

Excellent customer service – Agents need strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills to help callers through the process of connecting with an insurance agent.
Sales skills – Agents must be comfortable working to close the deal by connecting the caller with a licensed agent. You must be able to assume the close and be comfortable using rebuttals.
Multi-tasking – Agents must be able to operate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining constant communication with customers.
Availability: Agents must be able to provide at least 20 hours per week on this program, including inbound and outbound hours, during the client’s operating hours.
