We are looking for professionals who have property management experience and are ready to onboard and support property management companies as they step into a brave new world of residential leasing.

You’ll be expected to leverage your property management experience as you assist new and current customers. You’ll help new customers integrate ShowMojo into their business, configuring the system to their needs. And you’ll help current customers make the most of ShowMojo as their business evolves.

Great phone and email skills are required. Moreover, you will be expected to dig through sometimes complicated details and actively help resolve customer problems. You will need to grow into a domain expert in our cutting-edge leasing platform. We’ll help you get there.

Additionally, we might ask you to assist with process documentation or new feature testing, which will also get you up-to-speed with the system.

This is a remote position, and a great opportunity for a work-from-home professional. You will need to work during normal business hours, though some evening and/or weekend work might be possible. This position starts is available for professionals available between 30 and 40 hours a week.

REQUIREMENTS

You must:

  • Have significant property management experience.
  • Be competent with technology and web technologies in particular — for example, experience with online tools such as Slack, Wikis, spreadsheets, Join.me, WebEx, FreshDesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, Quickbooks Online and the like (these are only examples, not systems you will use).
  • Be able to take and receive phone calls through your computer — we’ll provide the software, but you have to be able to work from a quite office (home or elsewhere) with a strong internet connection and a newer computer.

Candidate with significant experience using and of the following are preferred: AppFolio, Propertyware, Buildium, RentManager, PropertyBoss, HeroPM, Yardi

BENEFITS

$18 an hour as 1099 contractor.

We can often accommodate your schedule. Of course you’ll need to be around mostly during business hours, but we’re happy to let you break away for family commitments, mid-afternoon workout, etc. Work with us to set a schedule that works for both of us, stick to it, and get the flexibility and freedom of a remote work experience.
