Ritual Network is looking for someone with a great understanding of social community development and social marketing. The ideal candidate will be able to set out and execute marketing strategies for multiple fast-paced online businesses. You should be passionate about creating compelling content and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for somebody with a deep understanding of social media and Gen Z trends.
Your role will include managing and executing strategy for our brand as well as our managed brands. You will need to operate marketing strategies for different audiences across different brands. This will be extremely fast-paced and will require you to plan and execute multiple strategies at any one time.

* Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for multiple organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
* Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff.
* Leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
* Liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
* Creating and executing strategy for campaigns and promotions for our brands.
* Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
* Professional judgment and discretion.
* Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
* Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
