QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will be:

1. A real estate professional who has extensive experience with apartment renters and buyers.

2. A journalist or writer who has lived in apartments, has published articles or books about apartment life, and is considered an expert in the field.

3. He or she will be an excellent writer with a clear, engaging writing style; a command of grammar; and a familiarity with HTML and writing for the Web. In addition, he or she will be able to translate complex topics into authoritative but reader-friendly content.

This site is designed for first-time and seasoned apartment residents. Some own their apartments, but most are renters. They want proven advice for common problems that come with apartment life.
