Overview

You should have a strong background in social media to provide service for our customers through ourTwitter and Facebook accounts, to handle customer inquiries misrouted to other departments, to respond toBBB complaints and to prepare case summaries for our executive team, as needed.We are looking for professionals that can work about 40 hours a week, including weekends.
Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries from Twitter and Facebook
  • Respond to customer inquiries received from other departments
  • Respond to BBB complaints as needed
  • Prepare case summaries for our executive team as needed
  • Drive these inquiries to resolution
  • Manage communication to other internal departments
  • Successfully influence people via social media, written and verbal

REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable internet, computer, phone and power a must
  • Quiet working environment
  • Ability to take and make customer calls, if necessary
  • Strong Internet skills
  • Excellent grammar
  • Professional, reliable and punctual
  • Able to comfortably interface with and influence customers
  • Must be results oriented and willing to take ownership of issues
