Overview

We are seeking to fill a contract position for a community engagement associate. Looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently and flexibly on a remote team.

The client’s environment is a high-paced environment and a complex ecosystem, and the role will likely evolve over time. The main focus will be onboarding internal teams, running demos and trainings, writing and updating community documentation, and recording video trainings and webinars, along with general community management.

Excellent English-language skills and attention to detail are a must. Experience with community software and specific experience with Jive software is a huge plus. Experience with proofreading/copy editing and  familiarity with task management systems, Photoshop, and Excel are also a plus.

Role will report to the Director of Community Engagement and is 30-40 telecommute hours a week, with a flexible schedule. May require occasional travel to SF Bay Area.
